Blowin Smoke Cookers provides BBQ smokers, custom smoker builds, offset smokers, reverse flow smokers, trailer-mounted smokers, and related BBQ equipment for backyard, commercial, catering, and competition use.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the product or custom order. Some orders may require full payment, while custom builds, special orders, or products not currently in stock may require a deposit before production, ordering, or scheduling begins.

Accepted payment methods may include online payment options displayed at checkout or other payment methods approved by Blowin Smoke Cookers.

Orders are not confirmed until payment or the required deposit has been received and accepted.

Deposits and Custom Build Payments

Custom builds, special orders, and products ordered or built specifically for a customer require a deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Once a deposit is placed, the order may be scheduled, materials may be ordered, or production may begin. Because of this, deposits cannot be refunded if the customer decides to cancel, delay, or no longer proceed with the order.

Blowin Smoke Cookers may, at its discretion, work with customers on reasonable changes to an order when possible. However, changes are not guaranteed and may depend on the order’s current production status, material availability, and whether the requested change can be accommodated.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of order. We may withhold delivery, pickup, or release of the product until the balance is paid in full.

Financing or Third-Party Payment Options

If financing or third-party payment options are available, they may be provided by independent third-party companies. Approval, terms, payment schedules, fees, and conditions are determined by the third-party provider.

Blowin Smoke Cookers is not responsible for financing decisions, third-party payment terms, or issues between the customer and the financing provider.

Build Times and Delivery Estimates

Build times and delivery dates are estimates only. Timelines may vary due to material availability, production schedule, order complexity, weather, transportation delays, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates, but we do not guarantee exact completion or delivery dates unless specifically stated in writing.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Pickup, local delivery, or shipping options may vary depending on the product, location, and order size.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup information. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, special handling, storage, or rescheduling.

For large smokers, trailer smokers, or commercial units, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for unloading.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the product is picked up, delivered, or transferred to a carrier, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Cancellations

For custom builds, special orders, and products ordered or built specifically for a customer, cancellations are not accepted once the deposit has been placed.

If a product is currently in stock and no deposit or payment has been made, the product is not considered reserved until payment or an approved deposit is received.

If a customer pays for or places a deposit on an in-stock product for later pickup, Blowin Smoke Cookers will make reasonable efforts to hold the product as agreed. However, once payment or deposit is accepted, the order is subject to these Terms.

Returns and Refunds

Blowin Smoke Cookers wants customers to feel confident in their purchase and will make reasonable efforts to work with customers when concerns arise.

However, due to the nature of BBQ smokers, custom builds, large equipment, special orders, and made-to-order products, returns and refunds may be limited.

Custom-built products, special orders, modified products, used products, and trailer-mounted units may not be eligible for return or refund unless approved in writing by Blowin Smoke Cookers.

If a customer receives a product and believes it does not reasonably match the agreed specifications, Blowin Smoke Cookers will review the concern and determine an appropriate solution at its discretion. This may include adjustments, modifications, replacement options, or other reasonable resolutions when possible.

Approved returns, if any, may be subject to inspection, transportation costs, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other applicable charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits remain non-refundable.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using all BBQ smokers, grills, trailers, and related equipment safely and according to applicable laws, fire codes, operating instructions, and safety precautions.

You agree to:

• Use products only in safe, appropriate outdoor areas

• Keep products away from flammable materials

• Follow fire safety practices

• Supervise products while in use

• Use proper towing, hitching, and transport procedures for trailer-mounted units

• Comply with local regulations, permits, and codes when applicable

Blowin Smoke Cookers is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, fire, misuse, improper installation, improper operation, improper towing, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety precautions.

Commercial Use

Customers using our products for catering, restaurant operations, food trucks, competitions, or other commercial purposes are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, insurance, and approvals.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet a specific local code, health department requirement, fire code, competition rule, or commercial regulation unless expressly stated in writing.

Warranties

Any warranty coverage, if applicable, will be provided separately in writing. Unless a specific written warranty is provided, products are sold “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Normal wear and tear, surface discoloration, rust, heat-related changes, paint wear, misuse, improper maintenance, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, and damage caused by accidents or improper operation may not be covered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blowin Smoke Cookers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product or order.
